Responsible for providing technical support, managing Linux servers, diagnosing software and hardware issues, and supporting field devices (MNVR / IoT systems). The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, fast issue resolution, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 (L1/L2) technical support
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers (Ubuntu Server)
Monitor system performance and analyze logs to identify issues
Diagnose and resolve hardware and storage problems (SSD, eMMC, SATA)
Support MNVR / IoT devices and ensure operational stability
Perform software and hardware testing and document results
Prepare clear technical reports for management and stakeholders
Coordinate with field technicians, factory teams, and external support
Follow IT procedures, security policies, and quality standards
