· Primary responsibility is to do Sales & marketing of insurance products through telephone and other online platforms.
· Responsible for technical verification of relevant data, proper schemes, interpretation of procedures, data input, and processing transactions or information without error.
· To interfere with internal and external parties to resolve queries thereby achieving quick decisions.
· To update daily call logs after completing the call to each customer and to use the information again as and when required.
· To explain the insurance policies to our customers and guide them in case of any claim.
· Monitor procedural/technical knowledge related to the processing of standardized transactions/information. Awareness of compliance policies and directives
· Process high-volume transactions/information accurately within stipulated service standards and turnaround time that include issuance of motor insurance policies and submission of tax invoices to accounts department
· Provide Daily Sales Report (DSR) to the line manager.
