Senior Manager- Transformation Business Engagement
The Engagement Manager is responsible for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation, delivery and management of technology products and solutions. Additional responsibilities include:
1.Maintain contact and communication with all project team members and other participants to ensure conformance with requirements of each project(s) and client user expectations.
2.Assist sales team during opportunity assessment and proposal phases of the service delivery process, particularly as it relates to deployment approach, timeline and deliverables.
3.Negotiates IT and business commitments, such as project scope, business benefits potential and realization, technology options, cost and constraints and propose alternatives to the business.
4.Plans, organizes and leads application and infrastructure requirements for business group.
5.Establishes goals and objectives for the business group and coordinates workflow, monitors progress and takes corrective action if goals are not being met.
6.Recognizes business strategies for business group.
7.Interfaces with the Project Management Organization to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting the client's needs.
8.Teams with senior leadership and the application development group or suppliers to ensure a timely, accurate and cost effective solution to their IT business needs.
9.Maintain technology roadmap for the business group and integration into the global technology roadmap for Telecom business as a whole.
10.Trains business partners on how to work with IT.
11.Oversees appropriate use of team budget
12.Manages, evaluates and monitors the ongoing performance and quality of its output and services in close cooperation with key respective key managers.
13.Oversees planning, prioritization and assignment of targets and tasks to entire section. Review allocation /utilization of resources and section performance.
14.Encourage innovations in IT Business domain by the team.
Education :
Bachelors/ Master in related Telcom field
