Job Summary:
Infinity Training International UAE is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students and leads provided by the company, discussing courses in detail with students and parents, and guiding them towards making informed decisions. The ultimate goal is to convert inquiries into enrollments and contribute to the institute’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students and leads provided by the company through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning needs to recommend suitable courses.
- Clearly explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, and benefits to students and parents.
- Address queries and concerns, providing personalized guidance to help students make the right decision.
- Follow up regularly with leads to nurture interest and convert them into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM/database accordingly.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Provide feedback on student concerns and market trends to improve course offerings and marketing strategies.
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing company products/services and creating interest.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of individual clients to maximize engagement.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening, identifying potential sales opportunities.
