Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Telesales Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Telesales Assistant, you will engage with customers via calls and chats to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential customers to provide accurate information about our platform, company policies, and services.
- Assist customers with onboarding to the platform.
- Provide training to customers on various trading terminologies, methods, and analyses.
- Educate clients on the company's platforms, trading products, account opening, deposit/withdrawal procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Address customer queries and complaints, following up until issues are resolved to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and build professional relationships that align with the company’s core values.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
