Role Overview:
The Sales Agent Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities within assigned markets. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively research and identify potential clients within targeted markets. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer support, and product development to enhance sales efforts Regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to management.
- Follow-Up & After-Sales Support: Ensure post-sale follow-up to address any customer concerns and ensure satisfaction, promoting repeat business and referrals.
