- Make a minimum of 400 calls per month to potential leads.
- Generate and manage 100 new leads every week.
- Successfully onboard a minimum of 10 merchants each month, ensuring all KYC documents are collected and uploaded to Pipedrive.
- Achieve a minimum of 5 onboarded merchants out of the 10 to qualify for additional commission.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
