• Defining the scope of the projects in coordination with technical team and project manager.

• Preparing Subcontractors, and Suppliers bid packages.

• Prepare cost estimates for O&M tenders for Direct and indirect costs.

• Establish and maintain tender process as per procedures.

• Analysis the data the perform risk analysis.

• Ability to prepare and develop cost reports and Project cash flows.

• Interacting with Technical, Procurement, suppliers for specs and market rates

• Preparing concept estimates, detailed estimates, bill of Quantity, cost plans, cost reports, and budget approval documentation for both pre and post contract works

• Preparing the monthly payment recommendation

• Preparing benchmarking studies to assess the cost effectiveness of various works.

• Preparing detailed cost breakdown of components and elements for systems and subsystems

• Growing the database by ensuring all known costs and estimates are captured in the system.

• Adding additional information from outsider sources to the cost database

• Reviewing third party estimates from subcontractors and suppliers

• Collecting, analyzing, and populating the cost database with historical project and cost data

• Implementing and follow Quality Management System, policies, procedures, and templates.


Additional Requirements:

• Arabic Speakers is preferred.

• Intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel.
