Develop and execute the overall testing strategy, covering functional, non-functional, UAT, and performance testing.
Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and IT teams.
Oversee end-to-end testing execution, including system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Ensure defects are identified, logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently by coordinating with development teams.
Manage defect triage sessions and ensure critical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Act as the primary liaison between testing teams, business users and IT teams to align testing objectives.
Ensure sign-offs on test results and readiness criteria from key stakeholders before proceeding to deployment.
Aligns with the program overall PMO planning structure to enforce a robust tracking and reporting mechanism for their workstream, including cadences, detail of reporting and reporting risks and mitigating actions.
Ensure traceability of test cases against business requirements.
Act as the technical authority in testing and integration discussions, ensuring the right validation approach is taken.
Provide recommendations on testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and performance testing tools.
Drive decisions on defect resolution prioritization, test scope adjustments, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure compliance with telecom industry best practices and regulatory testing requirements.
