Position:
We are looking for a Tiler, an experienced tiler with over 5 years of experience in high-end renovation projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about their craft, with an extreme attention to detail, and a desire for continuous improvement. We offer the opportunity to grow with Esencor, develop new skills, and take on increased responsibilities within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Install tiles with meticulous attention to detail and flawless finishing.
- Create traditional screed, following best practices in the trade.
- Perform demolition of old installations if required.
- Cut and install tiles with precision and exceptional quality.
- Share knowledge and skills with the rest of the tilers to raise the overall skill level of the team.
- Solve technical issues related to tiling and materials.
- Meet deadlines and work closely with other trades on-site.
- Carrying out different tasks to ensure the smooth running of the site (changing and unloading materials, making the site safe, cleaning the site, helping other trades, etc.).
- Be able to give feedback to your manager on the work that has been done.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years on high-end renovation projects.
- Qualities: Responsible, autonomous, problem-solving oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Languages: Speak and understand English is mandatory.
- Marble installation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Passionate about the trade, committed to improving and growing within the company.
- Willing to share knowledge and skills with the team.
- Reading and understanding technical drawings.

Working Hours:
48 hours per week (6 days a week, 8 hours per day).
