He / She will spearhead the development and execu comprehensive online training programs aimed at ele

sports coach develop players’ skills through targeted and customized skills training
sessions. Create and oversee performance improvement plans for team members,
addressing weaknesses and building capab of each sales team member through
various online programs.

➢ OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE :
• As the Head, you will be the lead architect of our online training strategy to coach
our exis talent to enhancetheir skills to achieve sales goals at different levels:
▪ Orienta
sales skills training for new joiners upon on-boarding to ensure they get
ace and have the best required skills prior they start to sell and
confidently interact with customers at Stores.
▪ Customized online training program planning for individual staff at stores
in co-ordina Managers as per their requirements.
