Required to join an established company providing Facilities Management Consultancy and Managing Agent services to a range of clients in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work with a government client on a Facilities Management Infrastructure project in Riyadh. Responsibilities include
Development and delivery of training critical to supporting the development of O&M and Asset Management for infrastructure ie roads, highways, utilities etc
Creation, delivery, and management of agreed training services to the client.
Design & management of Personal Professional Development programs for a range of staff.
Coordination with all stakeholders,
Execute a comprehensive training plan for the team , finding training providers and ensuring approvals are in place
