· Incumbent shall be responsible for the activities associated with the transport operations

· Arrange for the daily pickups and management of associated Drivers & team.

· Coordination with clients for placement of vehicles, documentation and necessary passes, approvals and

· related requirements.

· Planning and Optimization of fleet utilization.

· Ensure Customer satisfaction and effective handling of customer grievances. Update concerning sales /customer

· about any anticipated service failure and necessary problem resolution.

· Maintain updated list of Vendors from the registered vendor list.

· Follow all required company policies on compliance, process and SOP

· Update Job details and related costs into the system.

· Daily reporting and updates on status of work to the Supervisor/ reporting Manager

· Random verification of pre-trip inspection carried out by drivers

· Fuel issuance and monitoring

· Verification of trip expenses
