Candidate should have experience in the following fields:

• Should handle a fleet of 200+ vehicles daily with site/project information.
• Should be able to undergo pressure situations
• Should be responsible for recording all the movements of vehicles and drivers daily.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of transportation activities.
• Develop and implement transportation policies, procedures, and safety measures.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles and equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate driver performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Plan and schedule routes to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.
• Movement sheets of all vehicles and drivers should be monitored and collected
• Monthly invoices are to be generated for all clients and disposed of as per their client's requirement
• Maintain records of all vehicle's garage reports and compile them with the garage invoices
• Salik reports all vehicles to be generated and recorded on a monthly basis
• Supplier vehicle details of movements are to be recorded, and payment advice is to be made on a monthly basis.
• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimise routes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Permits for drivers and vehicles for various Emirates are to be made as per the requirement
