- Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services
- Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
- Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and activities.
- Manage bookings and itinerary changes for clients, and ensure all travel documents are accurate and complete.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new travel products.
