Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote UCaaS products from brands like 3CX, Yealink Fanvil, Snom, Dinstar, Jabra, and Teltonika.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for regional expansion.
  • Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and allocate resources to achieve strategic business objectives.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales talent, ensuring expertise in our product lines and a deep understanding of market trends.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the sales division through continuous feedback and coaching.

3. Sales and Revenue Management:

  • Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships, with a focus on key product lines and market penetration.
  • Analyze sales performance, refine strategies, and adapt to market dynamics to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align on sales initiatives and customer outreach.

4. Business Expansion and Regional Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand business operations into new regions and untapped markets.
  • Identify key opportunities for growth, including potential partnerships, alliances, and market entry strategies.
  • Conduct market research to assess regional demand, competition, and potential barriers to entry.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve product offerings.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the UCaaS space.
  • Provide strategic insights to the management team to stay ahead of market changes.
  • Advise on adjustments to the product portfolio to meet evolving market demands.

7. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Prepare detailed sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance decision-making processes.
