Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory. Promote and sell fresh/frozen chicken & meat products to retail stores, supermarkets, HORECA, and other clients. Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally. Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Route Planning & Market Coverage: Plan and follow the most efficient delivery and sales routes. Ensure regular visits to clients to maximize sales opportunities. Expand customer base by exploring new market segments.
Order Processing & Delivery: Collect and process customer orders efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining product quality and temperature standards. Handle cash transactions, issue invoices, and collect payments as per company policies.
Stock & Inventory Management: Manage stock levels in the vehicle and ensure proper storage of frozen products. Monitor product expiry dates and maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) system. Report stock requirements and discrepancies to the warehouse team.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and receipts. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager. Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Compliance & Safety: Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations. Ensure vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance for temperature-controlled deliveries. Adhere to UAE traffic laws and company safety guidelines while driving.
