Key Responsibilities:

Service (Waiter Duties):

• Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner

• Take food and beverage orders accurately

• Serve food and drinks promptly

• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas

Cashier Duties:

• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately

• Operate POS (Point of Sale) system

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change when required

• Maintain daily sales records and cash balance

• Assist customers with billing-related queries
