Job Summary:
We are seeking an elegant, service-oriented Waitress to join our prestigious 5-star café in
Doha. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing
professional, courteous, and prompt service in a luxurious setting that reflects the heritage
and sophistication of our Parisian brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth, elegance, and a genuine smile. Escort the guest to occupy their table.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage items with detailed knowledge and passion.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders with attention to detail, presentation, and timing.
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs throughout the dining experience.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and support smooth daily operations.
- Uphold brand image and standards in appearance, communication, and conduct.
- Participate in training sessions, tastings, and brand education.
