We are looking for an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead welding activities, ensure quality standards, and oversee a safe and efficient workflow on site. Key Responsibilities · Supervise welding activities in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards. · Ensure welders follow approved welding procedures and quality standards. · Monitor welding processes, inspections, and documentation for compliance. · Coordinate with QC Inspectors and project teams to resolve welding issues. · Verify welding consumables, equipment, and materials meet project requirements. · Mentor, guide, and manage welding team to achieve productivity and quality targets. · Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training for welding personnel. · Review welding reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy. · Ensure all welding activities adhere to HSE requirements and company policies. · Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fabrication Manager or Project Manager.
