The role requires applying ICD-10-AM/SBS coding standards in line with Saudi MOH and SCFHS guidelines.Review OP medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-AM and CPT codes.Ensure coding accuracy as per MOH and SCFHS guidelines.Support coding audits and implement feedback for improvement.Maintain confidentiality of patient records and data.Coordinate with physicians and coders for coding clarifications.

We are seeking Claims Submission Associates to manage insurance claim adjudication, resubmission, and follow-ups. The role ensures compliance with Saudi insurance regulations and timely claim resolution.Prepare, validate, and submit insurance claims via NPHIES portal.Track claim status and resolve rejections or denials.Reconcile submitted and paid claims with hospital/clinic systems.Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for smooth processing.Ensure adherence to CHI standards and hospital billing policies.

Review patient treatment requests for insurance approval.Submit pre-authorization requests via NPHIES/insurance portals.Follow up with insurers/TPAs for timely approvals.Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.Maintain accurate records of pre-auth approvals and rejections.
