The Divisional Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the flooring /interior fit-out Business & including sales, operations, project management, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic planning, project management and industry knowledge to drive growth and profitability. The Divisional Manager will ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and to the highest quality standards to the customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a growth strategy for the interior fit-out Business & strategies to increase the flooring division’s market share.Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers.Oversee bidding, contract negotiations, and client proposals.Set sales targets and ensure the achievement of revenue goals.Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior fit-out projects.Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and competitive proposals, Oversee customer negotiations, contract approvals, and account management.Oversee project execution from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Manage material procurement, inventory control, and logistics & Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and meet customer expectations.Develop & Maintain supply chain for interior fit out project.Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team & foster a positive work environment and encourage professional development.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Construction, or a related field (preferred).15+ years of experience in flooring, construction, or related industry.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proven experience in sales, operations, and team management.Ability to analyze financial reports and drive profitability.Knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends.Proficiency in project management tools .
