Role Overview:
The role drives business development and sales growth for Mobility, Traffic Systems, ITS, and SCADA solutions in KSA, with a focus on government and local authority clients. It leads opportunity identification, pre‑sales and tender activities, client negotiations, and contract closures, while providing oversight to ensure successful project delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and repeat business in collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development and sales growth for Mobility, traffic systems, ITS, and SCADA solutions with local authority clients.
Identify, pursue, and secure new projects through proactive market engagement, client relationship management, and opportunity pipeline development.
Drive pre-sales activities including solution development, technical input, costing, tender/RFP review, and proposal submissions.
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and support contract award and commercial closures.
Oversee high-level project execution to ensure successful delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction post-award.
Act as the primary interface with government authorities, consultants, and strategic partners.
Leverage ongoing and completed projects to generate repeat business, extensions, and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure solutions are deliverable, competitive, and aligned with client requirements.
