Additionally, the ideal candidate will take full ownership of the design process, from ideation to execution.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:UI/UX Design:Map detailed website structures and sitemapsCreate intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces, flows, wireframes, and prototypesDesign seamless journeys that optimize engagement and usability across all devicesConduct research on user behavior and pain pointsGraphic Design:Curate mood boards and illustrate overall design conceptsApply creative thinking to design appealing storytelling visuals such as banners, icons, animations, illustrations, interactive elements, and other componentsEnsure consistency in visual language by adhering to brand guidelinesWeb Design Execution:Work closely with copywriters and the marketing & brand team to align design outputs with broader business goalsCollaborate with developers to ensure designs are effectively implemented in codePrepare the design assets optimized for performance, including responsive graphics and layoutsProject manage the design aspects of each website project efficientlyPrepare relevant placeholder copy to compliment the prototype (preferred)Quality Assurance:Help conduct user acceptance tests to refine design directionsReview designs post-implementation based on feedback and analytics
