Vessel and Cargo Planning: Plan, coordinate, and monitor cargo movement, including vessel loading/unloading schedules, manifest checks, and berth planning.
Harbor Operations: Oversee all port and harbor-related logistics including safe and efficient loading and offloading of goods and equipment.
Equipment Coordination: Manage the scheduling and deployment of heavy equipment such as cranes, low beds, trailers, forklifts, and other transport resources.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the main point of contact between internal departments, port authorities, shipping agents, subcontractors, and other logistics service providers.
Team Supervision: Lead and supervise logistics personnel, drivers, and contractors to ensure operational readiness and compliance with safety and company standards.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation for cargo, customs clearance, permits, and safety procedures are prepared and maintained.
