Respond to lighting Inquiries from customers and Partners (Proposal/Documentation/RFIs/Technical certifications)
Reaching out for various global manufactures to get best prices from their technical offer.
Prepare multi-discipline, conceptual and definitive cost estimates for Capital Projects
Oversee the sales team's schedules and ensure to provide all the necessary information for the responsible for regions
Assist project management and contracting personnel with bid analysis and contract negotiations
Prepares Lighting Presentation, Lighting layouts and Bill of quantity for the Project designed and presenting the same before the clients
Cross-specifications and value engineering lighting proposals
Analysis Presentation and cost Engineering for each Project and their purchase orders
Determine the most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications and requirements
Involvement in LCS design / discussions for newer / existing projects
Preparation of Technical submittals and providing responses to comments in coordination with the sales personnel
Preparation of project documentation viz. test reports, O&M manual preparation, project closure report in liaison with T&C personnel in line with the ISO guidelines
Provide pre-sales technical support – lighting projects.
