Job Overview: We are seeking a Business Development Executive with 4-5 years of experience in selling MEP products like manhole covers drainage solutions, valves, and pipe fittings in the Abu Dhabi market. A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Target Achievement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build, and maintain strong client relationships and achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences in the water heater and gas pipes fitting sector.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MEP sector, specifically targeting water heater and gas pipes fitting projects.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and networking.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contractors, and key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and technological advancements in water heaters and gas pipes fitting solutions.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product information and technical details.

Sales Presentations and Proposals:

  • Review proposals outlining the benefits and features of the water heater and gas pipes fitting solutions offered.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.
  • Close deals and ensure timely execution of contracts/ orders.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
