Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and ELV systems.Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings.Ensure designs comply with UAE Civil Defence, NFPA, and project specifications.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams.Attend technical meetings and site inspections when required.Review IFC drawings and convert them into approved shop drawings.Support material submittals and technical documentation.Ensure drawing revisions and document control are properly maintained.Assist in clash detection and coordination with other disciplines.Provide technical support to site execution teams.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.Promote company services in MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and ELV systems.Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully.Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for smooth execution.Track market trends and competitor activities.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.

Develop and implement purchasing strategies for MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and Electrical materials.Source reliable suppliers and subcontractors within the UAE market.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules.Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), subcontracts, and material approvals.Coordinate with Projects, Engineering, Stores, and Finance departments.Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.Monitor inventory levels and control procurement costs.Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved vendor lists.Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and UAE regulations.Handle claims, discrepancies, and supplier disputes professionally.Support budgeting and cost-saving initiatives.
