· Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).· Preparation of Bill of quantities for waterproofing works as per Project Specifications.· Preparing of Estimated quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility including evaluate Estimate of Materials Based on Theoretical (Plans) and Quantity of Deliverable based actual on-Site Necessity.· Taking all the actual measurements for all UAE projects of AMIM.· Prepare monthly progress Invoice along the Highlighted Drawing and approved MIR/WIR· Arranging joint measurements with the Quantity Surveyor from the Main Contractor.· Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.· Prepares Shop Drawings, Slope Layout.· Updating daily material report.· Gather all Delivery note to match with the Actual Quantity.· Prepare the Local Purchase Order as per the Site Requirement before and during the period of all AMIM UAE Project.· Prepare Technical Letter if required in order to address issue to the Main Contractor.· Prepare the Method Statement and Risk Assessment.· Visit the site and check with AMIM Site Team for the work done at site.· Conduct Site Inspection if required to the Site.· Regularly visit construction sites to assess material usage, work progress, and compliance with specifications.· Maintain accurate records of WIR/MIR and non-conformance reports.-Closing NCR, SOR· Maintain and comply with the HSE Documentation required from the Main Contractor.· Participates in the HSE Audit.· Any other engineering work will be administered by the Manager.

· Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives· Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations· Quantity surveying (in actual site and thru AutoCad), checking quantity and taking quantity approvals with Main Contractor or with Client· Responsible to manage and do material requests (via internal LPO) for site in reference to the surveyed quantity (thru AutoCad and actual) which should be equivalent to the actual measured and approved quantity by Client for invoice.· Make shop drawings and details· Propose technical systems for waterproofing or any required scope of work for AMIM.· Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications or approved Technical/Material Submittals/method statement· Oversee the selection and requisition of materials and logistics (deliveries & collections of material requirements at site)· Agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project· Manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect· Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project· Liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws· Communicate with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.· Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors - this is site-specific and may not be the case on all projects· Plan the work (labors and site activities) and manage progress at site and efficiently organize the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines of all UAE projects of AMIM.· Compile, keep, control delivery notes and invoices in site and submit all the original to AMIM head office.· Send and provide daily reports to AMIM Head office· Oversee site from 6am to 6pm or depending on site arrangements, schedule or condition.· Work inspection/material inspection at site and manage/handle/accomplish site documents as required of all UAE projects of AMIM· Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.· Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site.· Plan / manage the activities / whereabouts of the company driver in relation to site work.
