We are looking for Channel Sales LeaderKey Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the IBM partner ecosystem.• Identify and engage potential partners, building solid relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.• Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive partner engagement and sales.• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners and ensure clarity on terms and expectations.• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and refine strategies accordingly.• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and partner development to senior management.• Facilitate training and support for partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and promote relevant IBM offerings effectively.• Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to address challenges and foster effective communication.
