Plan and schedule in-house training events and activities.Contribute to HR’s strategic planning process & operational implementation plansAssist HR Senior Lead in collating the annual budget forecast.Liaise with HR Senior Lead in forecasting all budget forecasts related to Employee Engagement programsEnsuring cost effectiveness of the function activities.Ensures all SAP processes are accurately compiled and allocated to right budgetPeople & Team Management:Demonstrate the skilled application of coaching, mentoring, and training techniques as and where necessary to grow employees’ capability and competence.Demonstrate active participation in developing the company’s learning systems and talent management strategy; through maintaining technical competence, capturing knowledge in work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Form appropriate and positive relationships with internal partners to develop a support network to get things done through others.Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures:Support the development, implementation and regular review of the HR Administration section policies, procedures, and systems to ensure consistent & systematic application of best practices in providing timely and effective services to the company.Provide employees with information on and interpretation of the Company's HR policies and procedures and liaise with line managers to resolve major problems related to personnel administration ensuring protection of business interest while striving to ensure employee satisfaction.Comply with approved policies & procedures and ensure team members support the achievement of quality standards.Monitor and handle offshore sites personnel problems, advise employees on policies and the proper application of Company’s HR policies and procedures.Provide advice on various changes or revisions in the applicable UAE labor laws.Make recommendations for improvement to HR Senior Lead on functional procedures, the implementation of instructions and controls covering HR operations and activities.HR Administrative Activities:Carry out the HR administration of employees on matters such as termination, leave, reimbursements and payments, in accordance with established Company policy, and agreements.Counsel employees and assist them in resolving work related problems ensuring employee satisfaction.Contribute to sound salary administration policies and procedures while ensuring the timely processing of payroll events to support employee satisfaction.Update organizational charts as and when necessary and directed by HR team leader.Process in a timely, effective and efficient manner employee request for assistance, namely but not limited to: education, car loans, salary advances and certificates.Arrange all approved trainings and business trips for employees; accommodation, travel, allowances, and any ancillaries’ necessary and aligned with policy.As directed by HR team leader supports the company medical insurance schedule for routine and periodic medical check-ups for all staff.Provide functional focal points with Job description templates and supports their completion with advice, direction and review.Counsel employees to ensure high motivation levels, provide guidance in dealing with grievances and disciplinary cases in line with company and statutory procedures.Ensure correct contributions are made for the National employees towards pension.

Carry out a variety of duties related to Health & Safety activities which involves· Inspection and maintenance of all safety and fire-fighting equipment in the plant on routine basis,· Worksite / Project site inspection and stand-by duties,· Implementing appropriate waste management practices are being followed and that necessary industrial hygiene is maintained at the worksite inspection and stand-by duties.· Effective implementation of Work permit system and Work Management System (WMS)· Regular inspection to ensure compliance to client HSE standards for Project activities mainly Operation Safety (OS) standards· Reporting Site Safety Inspection / Audit findings to Safety Officer· Coordinating with Contractor Safety team and ensuring meeting the client HSE operation safety requirements.

Coordinate and supervise the site inspection of safety and fire installations, to ensure that all safety, loss prevention rules and regulations and procedures are implemented and adhered to in accordance with the Company policy and client codes of practices in Project areas. This includes enhancement of training programs, personnel awareness of safety, loss prevention, environmental protection and investigate and report all industrial accidents and malfunction of Safety equipment.

Supervise the duties related to Health & Safety activities which are conducted by Safety Technicians working for Project activities, including· Inspection and maintenance of all safety and fire-fighting equipment in the plant on routine basis,· Worksite / Project site inspection and stand-by duties,· Ensuring appropriate waste management practices are being followed and that necessary industrial hygiene is maintained at worksite inspection and stand-by duties,· Effective implementation of Work permit system and Work Management System (WMS)· Periodic inspection and auditing to ensure compliance to client HSE standards for Project activities mainly Operation Safety (OS) standards· Reporting Site Safety Inspection / Audit findings to management and ensuring closeout of the actionsCoordinating with Contractor Safety team and ensuring effective and sufficient safety team mobilisation by Contractor including meeting the client HSE operation safety requirements

Requirements:-Minimum 5 yrs. Of Work ExperienceBilingual in which English is a mustPreferred Experience in Financial Statements, Trial & balance, Income Tax, PayrollCPA - Certified Public AccountantAvailable in UAE and ready to join immediately

Minimum function is to control entry / exit of persons, materials and vehicles and to protect all COMPANY assets. Any other duties maybe reasonably required from them to ensure the integrity of the services and to be responsible and accountable in case of wrongful entry of prohibited and risk prone materials. The Watchmen are not necessarily required to be Certified Security Guards, however, the mandatory General Security Awareness course is a must.

Oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring, and controlling processes. Responsible for co-ordination and completion of the project as per schedule. - Perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of the project.Lead, plan, co-ordinate and manage all Uwainat Project related activities in the client field, ADNOC Das island and any other location where Uwainat Project facility will be located.Ensuring successful completion of Uwainat Project by achieving targets established by the Company, Shareholders’, and Governments. Accomplish technical difficulties as per defined HSE and Quality standards whilst execution of the Uwainat Project to ensure adherence to contractual terms with contractor and in alignment with client’s requirement.

Carry out various types of maintenance including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, emergency maintenance, modification and installation activities of electrical, instrumentation and telecommunication at offshore complex facilities ensuring effective functionality, reliability and efficiency in accordance with maintenance supervisor direction, company maintenance procedures and strategies including inspecting, dismantling, repairing, replacing, reassembling, tuning and testing of electrical, instrument and telecommunication equipment’s at offshore Complex and wellhead platforms.

Responsible for ensuring the full compliance and implementation of all standards, laws and rules and regulations that are followed by client to achieve client’s QHSE objectives. This includes standards from different regulatory bodies such as ADNOC, ISO, Government, etc. In addition, preparation, and distribution of QHSE reports, review of documentation and procedures and coordinate compliance meetings such as QHSE Committees, UPD and TAC meetings. Provide full support to other QHSE functions to maintain compliance with standards.
