Develop and maintain 3D models using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.).Create detailed architectural, structural, and MEP models based on project requirements.Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts.Assist in generating shop drawings, construction documents, and quantity take-offs.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy.Maintain BIM standards, templates, and project workflows.Support BIM team in training, troubleshooting, and improving processes.
