Job PurposeDesign and customize acoustic and weatherproof enclosures for diesel generator sets, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, durable, and efficient solutions tailored to customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop enclosure designs (acoustic & weatherproof) using CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo).Ensure optimal airflow, cooling, and acoustic attenuation per ISO 8528 and other standards.Perform thermal and acoustic calculations; use CFD/FEA tools where applicable.Select materials for durability, corrosion resistance, and environmental conditions.Support sales with technical proposals, feasibility checks, and customization.Create BOMs, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.Coordinate with suppliers, fabrication teams, and customers during design and installation.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (CPCB, CE, NFPA, EPA).
