Maintain and manage all project documents, both electronic and hard copy, in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.Organize and control the flow of documentation between project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.Ensure all documentation is accurately processed, distributed, and filed as per project requirements.Implement and maintain document control processes and systems for tracking and recording revisions and approvals.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely retrieval and availability of documents.Assist in the preparation of document transmittals, reports, and presentations as required.Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.Support project teams in the use of document management systems and software.Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and documents.

Conduct precise land surveys using total stations and other surveying instruments.Perform detailed measurements and calculations of distances, angles, and elevations.Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed.Assist in the analysis of survey data, including the preparation of survey reports and maps.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction personnel to ensure surveying requirements are met.Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted by survey team members.Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company standards in all surveying activities
