Prospecting for new customers, targeting key prospects and retaining business.Liaise with sales manager to achieve his monthly/yearly sales target.Cold call, leads management, make sales appointments and follow up.Present and discuss the products and services of the company in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and fulfillment of customer needs.Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place.Communicate effectively with management, and the marketing and production teams, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that sales and customer objectives are met.Participate as a key team player by supporting the marketing manager wherever needed.Communicate with the Production Coordinator to ensure the proper execution of the job to ensure utmost customer satisfaction.
