Sr. Engineer Estimation( Turnaround/Shutdown)

Examine tender/enquiry documents thoroughly to verify qualifying criteria for project bidding.Review project details and gather necessary data.Determine the scope of work and prepare comprehensive cost estimate.Create detailed quotes for turnaround/shutdown jobs, including supporting documents.Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project. Conduct field visits with the client, following an in-depth study of the tender documents.Attend pre-bid meetings to gather information and ensure all project requirements are met.Adhere to company tendering processes and procedure, ensuring all tender aspects meet relevant discipline codes standards.Create manpower histograms and list of plant & equipment specific to the project, based on a through review of the scope of works and site requirements.Float enquiries to approved vendors for material supply during the tender stage, and follow up to obtain quotation.Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documents for submitting technical bid. Prepare documents and tender analysis summaries for handover to relevant project operations and team members.Maintain an up-to date understanding of approved company vendors, estimating methods, and project execution procedures.Gather feedback from projects to incorporate lessons learned in to future proposals.
