The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in the UAE building contracting industry, with a strong background in interior design/fit out works and landscaping projects. Responsibilities:Working with clients, architects, subcontractors, local authorities, and external agencies on various renovations and new build projects.Performing assessments on the structural integrity of the project, conducting regular site visits, inspections, audits, and surveys, and handling general construction duties on site.Supervising laborers and subcontractors.Overseeing construction works to ensure completion on site and working towards strict deadlines.Managing on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to project timelines.Resolving on-site issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently.Collaborating closely with the design team to interpret plans and drawings accurately and ensure proper execution on site.Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.Providing regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting any potential risks or delays.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as an Interior/Fit Out Site Engineer in the UAE.Full knowledge about interior works/fit out works.Proficiency in software necessary for project management and reporting.Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.Familiarity with checking and supervising labor activities on site.Must have a driving license and must be on cancel visa, visit visa, or own visa.If you have a passion for interior design and landscaping, along with the necessary experience and skills to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
