The ideal candidate will have a strong background in excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring. Experience in nails and massage therapy is highly preferred.Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and implementation of training programs for new and existing therapists.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various therapeutic techniques and best practices.Provide one-on-one coaching and support to therapists in training.Develop and update training materials and resources.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.Stay current with developments in the field of therapy and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.Collaborate with senior trainers and clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality training delivery.Maintain accurate records of training activities and progress.Provide specialized training and guidance in nails and massage therapy techniques.Skills & QualitiesMinimum of 1 year of experience in a therapeutic setting.Previous experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and best practices.Experience in nails and massage therapy is highly preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalentGood English speaking skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Access to ongoing training and education.Health insuranceEmployment visaAir ticket.
