We are seeking a skilled Elevator Electrical Troubleshooter Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining elevators and escalators. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify faults, perform corrective actions, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevator systems.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in elevators, escalators, and related equipment.Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in elevator control systems and components.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.Handle callbacks efficiently by investigating and resolving previously reported issues to prevent recurrence.Respond promptly to service callbacks, ensuring thorough follow-up to prevent future problems and maintain high customer satisfaction.Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical problems.Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, elevator troubleshooting, and maintenance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.REQUIRES A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE.
