*Lead engineering execution across all disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, Civil, Electrical, I&C)*Ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of engineering deliverables with full quality compliance*Coordinate with procurement, vendors, licensors, construction, and clients/PMC*Review/approve engineering deliverables and ensure compliance with international codes (API, ASME, IEC, etc.)*Manage engineering progress, resources, manhours, and project KPIs*Resolve design/interface issues through interdisciplinary coordination and model reviews*Support construction, commissioning, and field engineering activities*Handle design changes and assess impact on cost, schedule, and scope*Lead HAZOP, SIL, and other safety review closures*Act as key engineering interface with client and stakeholders*Mentor and manage engineering teams

Lead process engineering design for FEED & detailed engineeringReview and approve key deliverables (PFDs, P&IDs, simulations, reports)Perform complex calculations and process optimizationInterface with clients, licensors, and internal teamsLead HAZOP, SIL, and technical safety reviewsSupport procurement (MRs, TBE) and vendor document reviewProvide guidance to junior engineers

Lead and manage complete EPC project lifecycle (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)Oversee refinery-related project execution and site coordinationEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with HSE standardsCoordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsMonitor project progress, risks, and performance metricsPrepare and present project reports to senior management
