• Greet and Assist Members: Welcome all members and visitors with a friendly andprofessional demeanor, assisting them with their needs and inquiries.• Handle Calls and Inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providinginformation about our services, membership options, and promotions.• Manage Memberships and Sales: Process new memberships, renewals, andcancellations. Promote and sell our fitness programs and products.• Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and schedule appointments for personaltraining, classes, and other services.• Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, includingmaintaining records, managing the front desk area, and supporting the sales team.• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills inboth Arabic and English.• Sales Experience Preferred: Previous experience in sales or customer service rolesis an advantage.• Customer Service Oriented: Passionate about providing excellent customer serviceand enhancing the member experience.• Proficient in Arabic & English: Fluent in both languages to effectivelycommunicate with our diverse member base.
