Client Consultation:Meet with clients to assess their property needs, budget, and preferences. Offer expert advice on available properties, market trends, and pricing.Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, property values, and industry developments. Conduct comparative market analysis to assist clients in determining competitive pricing for buying or selling properties. Stay informed on local property laws, regulations, and zoning requirements.Property Tours & Inspections: Arrange and lead property viewings for prospective buyers or renters. Advise clients on property features, conditions, and potential for future value. Conduct or coordinate property inspections as needed.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and provide post-sale/rental support. Develop a strong network of contacts, including other real estate agents, lenders, and legal professionals.Marketing & Promotion: Participate in developing marketing strategies for property listings, including online and offline advertising.
