Manage and maintain overall IT infrastructure across multiple locations.Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls (VPN setup, security policies, access control).Administer and maintain servers (Windows & Linux environments).Oversee network infrastructure, including Aruba switches, routing, and connectivity.Provide database support (Microsoft SQL Server – backup, performance tuning, troubleshooting).Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with IT policies.Handle advanced troubleshooting for network, system, and application-related issues.Support and maintain CRM applications and other business systems.Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements.Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.Guide and mentor junior IT engineers.Ensure high system uptime, performance, and reliability.
