· The candidate should be well versed with the preparation of drawings , drafting for Mechanical services such as Plumbing -including water supply , drainage , sanitation , storm water systems ( Both above ground and underground services ) .· Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system designs, HVAC systems such as HVAC duct layouts , pipe layouts , Equipment layout .· The candidate should also be aware of latest Dubai Municipality guidelines & requirement of Authority such as Civil Defense , Tarkhees , DDA etc . Sizing of various pipes, ducts , cables as per standard Municipality guidelines .· Must have knowledge on preparation of Coordination drawings.
