Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperation with internal depts.Present and communicate with stakeholders about the contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project leaders.Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, deal with client, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.

Responsible for daily construction activity of the site, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultants, subcontractors, and all concerned departments etc. Using all approved drawings and materials.Checking the method statements in consultation with Construction Manager and should approved by consultant for execution of work.Supervise the activities of the General Foreman/Foreman and assist them to perform effectively.Review the drawing as per site condition and communicate to the execution team.Prepare the material request as per the site/Drawing inquiry and ensure the delivery of items on time as per the order.Receiving and checking of delivery of materials as per the request/LPO.Performs engineering calculations/civil design analysis to solve problems.Making inspection test request for each activity.Manage and monitor the daily activities on-site, prepare monthly, weekly, and daily progress report.Monitor the store and material issuance.Providing full support to the Construction Manager with regular feedback.Co-ordination between MEP activities.

Preparation & submission of method statement & ITP.Preparing all Civil, Architectural, ID inspection including material inspections.Prepare training plan for different trades prior to activity starting at site.Ensure all inspections at site are running as per ITP.Ensure that all the testing’s are being conducted as per approved method statement & ITP.Monitor all the tools and equipment’s at site that needs calibration.Raise internal NCR & QV.Prepare QA/QC monthly report & project KPI report.Liaise with the consultant for resolving any issue at site with regard to the quality of the work.Liaise with consultant for the closure of NCRS.Record snagging & de snagging works for architectural & ID finish.ADM inspections follow up.Preparing Handing over documents for the project.Maintain all QAQC related records as per project quality plan and IMS system.Lead and ensure that the construction teams are aware about the checking and testing criteria prior to start any activity at site.Liaise with corporate QHSE Dept for the preparation of any Internal or external audits.Other duties assign by QA/QC Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-speed railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for railway works including track, stations, viaducts, and associated infrastructure.Monitor project costs and identify potential financial risks or savings opportunities.Administer contracts, including FIDIC-based contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders.Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost control measures are implemented.Review subcontractor agreements and manage procurement processes.Support dispute resolution and provide commercial advice to project stakeholders.Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives.
