We are looking to recruit a Sales Representative at our laundry (based in Dubai) to undertake the following:Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.Utilize customer feedback to enhance service delivery, addressing concerns promptly to foster long-term customer loyalty.Identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of competitors in the industry.Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, sales progress, follow-up actions efficiently, and report on progress to management.Regularly analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance.Apart from the above roles and responsibilities, we will also need the candidate to manage in-house responsibilities for a few days in the week (details will be shared with the selected candidates).

Greet clients into the shop with a positive and helpful attitude, Receive calls and messages for inquiries and pick-up requests,Replies to messages and calls for bookings and pick-ups.Coordinates the pick-ups and deliveries to the drivers and customers,Provide first-hand information to customers during the inquiry and assist with various front-of-house duties,Sort laundry depending on the type of request of the customer and inform operations to do so,Confirm damages with the customers,Make track of customer accounts.
