1.Manage and renew all necessary licenses and permits for Midea Shaker Company, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with local regulatory requirements. 2. Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure adherence to Saudi laws and regulations. 3. Support the company’s Board of Directors by providing legal advice for business decisions and strategic planning. 4. Handle legal disputes and litigation related to the company’s operations, safeguarding its legal rights and interests. 5. Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company and provide compliance recommendations. 6. Assist in conducting internal legal training to enhance employees’ legal awareness. 7. Maintain effective communication with external legal advisors and government departments to ensure the smooth handling of legal matters. 8. Provide consulting services on Saudi laws and practices, including but not limited to labor management, tax compliance, and commercial contract negotiations. 9. Participate in regional legal shared services as required.

On-site Improvement: Handle abnormal production issues, implement improvements for engineering defect points, and address quality abnormalities. 3. Product Improvement: Identify product improvement opportunities through on-site observation and competitor benchmarking, promote the establishment of local product and material standards, and drive product issue resolution and cost reduction.
