Lead the design process from concept through to schematic and detailed design stages.Prepare and review architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials.Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and design analysis as needed.Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, regulations, and client requirements.Manage design timelines, deliverables, and ensure quality control throughout the design phase.Participate in client and authority meetings, presenting design ideas and addressing feedback.Stay updated with industry trends, sustainability guidelines, and design innovations.

Maintain and update accounting records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Prepare and reconcile bank statements and balance sheets.Issue and manage invoices, statements, and reminders for outstanding balances.Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments.Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes efficiently.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.Support the senior accounting team in daily tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
