Job Description:As an Administration Manager at COSMO Di, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Clinic. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative/manager tasks, supporting the clinic’s management team, and providing excellent service to our clients and staff.Key Responsibilities:1. Administrative Management:○ Oversee the daily operations of the Clinic.○ Maintain and update patient records and clinic databases.○ Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal use of resources.○ Handle correspondence, phone calls and emails efficiently.2. Customer Service:○ Greet and assist clients with inquiries and appointments.○ Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the Clinic.○ Address and resolve any client complaints or issues promptly.3. Financial Administration:○ Manage billing, invoicing and payment processing.○ Track expenses and assist in budget management.○ Prepare financial reports for management review.4. Human Resources Support:○ Assist in recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff.○ Coordinate staff schedules and manage leave requests.5. Facility Management:○ Ensure the clinic’s facilities are well-maintained and fully operational.○ Liaise with vendors and service providers for clinic supplies and maintenance.○ Implement and uphold health and safety regulations.
