Wialon Platform Management:-Create and configure units, including all necessary parameters and settings.-Integrate and configure various sensors (fuel level, temperature, etc.).-Develop and customize reports to meet client requirements.-Set up and manage notifications and alerts.-Execute commands through the Wialon platform.-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Wialon platform.CMS Administration:-Create and manage user accounts within the CMS.-Configure CMS settings and permissions.-Provide CMS support to end-users.-Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.Customer Support:-Provide technical support to clients regarding Wialon .-Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.-Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.GPS Device Configuration:-Hands-on experience configuring various GPS tracking devices.-Ability to adapt to different device models and protocols.
